Payment Terms

Payment Terms

All orders are subject to the following payment terms:

Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required upon order confirmation.

Production Commencement
Manufacturing of your mattress will begin only once the deposit payment has cleared and reflects in our bank account.

Balance Payment
The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full and reflected in our account prior to shipment or collection.

Urgent Orders
Starfall Mattresses uses FNB. If your order is urgent, we strongly advise using the Pay & Clear option to ensure the funds reflect immediately and avoid any production delays.

Shipment Release
Orders will only be dispatched or made available for collection once the full outstanding balance has been received and cleared.
